Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for production projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals;
• Support pre-sales activities by providing insights and analysis to help secure new business opportunities;
• Maintain the complete requirements lifecycle, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
• Collaborate effectively with cross-department teams (Sales, PM, Development, QA) to enhance interaction and project outcomes;
• Present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, adapting communication styles as necessary;
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team motivation and development.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate: 

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
• Experience in pre-sales and discovery phases is essential;
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and system thinking skills;
• Proficient in Business Analysis techniques and tools;
• Perfect SDLCs knowledge and application practice;
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders;
• Effective leadership abilities with a positive mentoring history;
• Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to corporate culture.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (IIBA, IREB, or other internationally recognized institutions) are an advantage;
• Experience in project management or unit/department/group management is a plus;
• Previous experience in interviewing candidates is beneficial.
