*instinctools is looking for a Middle+/Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React) for one of our clients.

Location: Poland (remote)

Our Client is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

Tasks:

Develop and maintain frontend components using React and styled-components;
Build and extend backend services using Node.js (Express) and TypeScript;
Design and optimize data models in MongoDB (Mongoose), including working with indexes, vector search, and semantic search capabilities;
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements and shape technical solutions;
Take ownership of implementation details and propose architectural improvements where relevant;
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards;
Communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders — clarity and initiative in discussions are key.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

5 years of experience in full-stack development;
Strong skills in React (including styled-components) and Node.js (Express);
Experience with TypeScript in production projects;
Proficiency with MongoDB, including query optimization and understanding of indexing and search capabilities;
Solid understanding of modern web architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
