We are looking for a Head of Sales who will take full ownership of the company’s sales strategy and revenue growth on US and EU enterprise markets. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on business strategy, revenue, and long-term company growth in the software development services domain.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Define and own the sales strategy and go-to-market approach for US/EU enterprise markets;
  • lead, build, and scale the Sales organization, ensuring alignment with company business goals;
  • take full ownership of the end-to-end sales pipeline, from strategy and planning to deal closure and client onboarding;
  • establish sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning in close collaboration with executive leadership;
  • drive predictable revenue growth and be accountable for sales targets and P&L-related metrics;
  • ensure close cross-functional collaboration with Lead Generation / SDR, Marketing, Presales, Account Management, and Delivery teams;
  • continuously optimize Presales processes, sales methodology, and team effectiveness;
  • actively participate in high-level negotiations with enterprise and C-level stakeholders;
  • build a high-performing sales culture: hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and succession planning;
  • monitor team health, motivation, and retention;
  • prepare and present regular sales and revenue reports to the CEO / Board of Directors.

Our expectations to the ideal candidate: 

  • Proven leadership experience in a Head of Sales role within software development services;
  • strong track record of selling to US/EU enterprise clients, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets;
  • strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into executable sales plans;
  • deep understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue metrics;
  • strong executive presence with the ability to influence and negotiate at C-level;
  • willingness to travel internationally.

English level: C1+ (spoken and written).
