Our team is looking for a Junior AI-Enhanced Java Developer.

Tasks:

Develop, maintain, and test Java-based backend applications.
Use AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to assist in writing, testing, and refactoring code.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring AI-generated code meets best practices and quality standards.
Document features and code with the help of AI documentation tools.
Continuously learn new technologies and AI productivity tools to improve development efficiency.
Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads on real-world software projects.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

Good understanding of Java SE/EE, including OOP principles, collections, and exception handling.
Familiarity with Spring Framework and REST API.
Basic experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB)
Comfortable using or learning AI-assisted coding tools.
Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, inference, training, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and use AI responsibly in software engineering.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with automated testing and code quality tools.
Exposure to Docker and containerized development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
