*instinctools is looking for a Junior+/Middle Sourcer for our recruitment team.

Tasks:

Primary search, selection and analysis of IT specialists’ resumes;
Building a strategy of searching for candidates for open vacancies;
Interaction with the recruiting team and heads of structural divisions;
Participation in weekly meetings on the strategy of searching candidates for open vacancies;
Working with analytics.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

Experience of 6 months or more;
Knowledge of sourcing basics: X-ray, Boolean Search, Google Custom Engine, special extensions for Chrome;
Knowledge of AI tools (not only GPT chat) is a must;
Experience with Headhunter, Linkedin, Github and other specialized resources;

Soft Skills:

Good verbal and written skills;
High communication skills, initiative, persistence in achieving results;
Responsibility and result orientation;
Independence and proactivity;
Ability to cooperate and negotiate with colleagues;
Ability to work in a large flow of information;
Ability to organize your working time, set priorities;

English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
