Middle Business Analyst

*instinctools is looking for a Middle Business Analyst.

The project is a web-based platform that allows non-technical users and data scientists to easily analyze data and manage customer information. Our goal is to move clients from using ad-hoc Excel-based analytics to a more robust technology solution. Our focus will be on improving data loading, storage and analysis capabilities. Specifically, we aim to develop a secure and scalable data storage system that will provide fast and seamless data loading and analytics for non-technology expert users.

Need to have:

• proven track record of a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• in-depth knowledge of any technical or business domain (LowCode/NoCode is your advantage)
• strong system-, analytical-, and conceptual thinking skills + visual requirements experience (all kinds of models and diagrams) are mandatory
• knowledge and application practice of Business Analysis techniques arsenal
• knowledge and application practice of Business Analysis technical toolset
• ability to explain and present things of various complexity to various audiences, ability to differentiate target audiences
• self-organization, planning, task balancing, prioritization of personal tasks
• excellent communicator: negotiation and persuasion/influencing skills
• effective leadership and a proven positive mentoring history
• stress resistance and mitigation
• readiness to take on challenges with a wise approach where speed and quality are rationally balanced
• complete requirements lifecycle maintenance skills
• perfect SDLCs knowledge and application practice are mandatory
• organization of on-site team presence and requirements workshops
• ability to stay effective while being remote and autonomous
• ability to adhere to and follow professional ethics and corporate culture
• commitment to improving the cross-department interaction (Sale, PM, Dev, QA, UI/UX, other)

Nice to have:

• corporate-level project history is your advantage (team of 50+ ppl)
• ability and tolerance for working with different geographical regions
• experience in front-office work is your advantage
• API and integrations experience is your advantage OR any system analysis experience
• proven professional education is your advantage (IIBA, IREB, other international and globally accepted institutions)

Spoken languages:

upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English is mandatory.
