Tasks:
Participate in requirements clarification and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories;
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities;
Maintain and update the product backlog in Jira, ensuring all items are accurately described and prioritized;
Actively participate in grooming sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support the Agile development process;
Document requirements, including acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts, to facilitate a shared understanding among stakeholders;
Support QA and Support Engineers by clarifying requirements and assisting in the analysis of incidents and reported issues;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), contributing to regular reporting and continuous improvement;
Integrate and leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Notion AI) to accelerate delivery and enhance team productivity
Agile/Scrum expertise, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies; familiarity with dual-track Scrum (discovery + delivery) is a strong advantage;
Requirements engineering: Ability to structure, visualize, and document requirements using BPMN, UML, or similar modeling techniques;
GenAI integration: Experience leveraging tools like Copilot, Notion AI, or similar AI-driven platforms to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, and process automation.
