*instinctools is expanding our team of Business Analysts. We are looking for talented professionals at various levels (Mid-level and Senior) who are eager to make an impact.

Tasks:

Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and document requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
Apply Business Analysis techniques and tools to identify opportunities for improvement;
Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels;
Facilitate workshops and engage with teams on-site to gather requirements;
Collaborate with product and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery;
Maintain composure under pressure and approach challenges with strategic thinking;

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and system thinking skills.
Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques and tools.
Ability to lead teams and motivate others effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of the complete requirements lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).
Relevant professional certifications (IIBA, IREB, etc.) are an advantage.
Experience in product management or project ownership is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience mentoring junior team members;
Background in candidate interviewing processes;
Familiarity with presales activities.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills with negotiation and persuasion abilities;
Strong self-organization, planning, task balancing, and prioritization skills;
Ability to remain effective while working remotely and autonomously.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
