*instinctools is looking for a Middle+/Senior Product designer for one of our clients.

Location: remote

Client is a global mobility and urban services platform that allows users to book rides or other services and negotiate the fare directly with the service provider. It offers a variety of services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance, operating in over 700 cities across 47 countries and is the second most downloaded mobility app in the world.

Project: Ride-hailing (Uber-like), courier delivery services, service platforms
Two-sided marketplaces (clients–service providers)

Technology stack: Figma, Design Systems, User Research, Product analytics tools, FigJam, Miro.

Duration of cooperation: 6-12 months+

Tasks:

Design user-centered digital products from concept to final implementation
Create and maintain high-quality UI designs, prototypes, and design systems
Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Present design concepts, flows, and solutions to internal teams and defend design rationale
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and business requirements.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, best practices, and methodologies
Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research
Confident proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

Soft skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and in cross-functional environments
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Ability to receive, process, and incorporate feedback constructively.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
