*instinctools is looking for a Middle+/Senior Project Manager for one of our clients.

Tasks:

Serve as the main point of contact between the delivery team and client stakeholders (Product Owner, Tech Lead, PM).
Lead and manage the Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate and govern the sprint execution, aligning team efforts with the client’s release roadmap and priorities.
Own and track delivery KPIs (cycle time, throughput, WIP), and proactively remove impediments to flow.
Ensure quality standards, documentation updates, and smooth feature handovers across environments.
Collaborate with the client’s internal engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to support integration, testing, and release readiness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team based on metrics, retrospectives, and stakeholder feedback.
Provide regular status reporting, risk updates, and alignment check-ins with both internal and external parties.
Support onboarding, mentoring, and cross-training of team members to minimize knowledge silos and mitigate attrition risks.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

5+ years of experience in project/delivery management roles within software development teams.
Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile pods, including backend, frontend, QA, and documentation engineers.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and backup/recovery practices.
Hands-on experience in flow metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, Work In Progress (WIP))
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with ability to run ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and deliver within sprints.

Soft Skills:

Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, reporting, and backlog prioritization.
Comfortable working with international clients and distributed teams.
Strong system-, analytical-, conceptual thinking skills;
Excellent communicator: negotiation and persuasion/influencing skills;
Knowledge and hands-on experience with different facilitation techniques;
Self-organization, planning, task balancing, prioritization skills;
Effective leadership and proven positive mentoring history;
Stress resistance and mitigation skills;
Ability to stay effective while being remote and autonomous;
Ability to adhere to and follow professional ethics and corporate culture.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
