Our team is looking for a PodLead/Software architect (Go+React) for one of our clients.
Our Client is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.
Project It’s a feature-rich, fast-performing web application that uses multiple company data microservices to deliver summarized and clean data, aiming to minimize single points of failure. The platform has customized permissions, allowing different users (both inside and outside of the client) to see layouts adjusted to their expertise. It also offers the possibility to export data in various formats like Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF, and supports different screen sizes. The project provides immediate access to reliable financial, investor, operating, and employee data, value creation analyses, and performance benchmarking for a vast number of public and private companies. It curates, standardizes, and cleans data from multiple sources and creates insights using client’s proprietary frameworks and methodologies.
Tech Stack: Golang , React, Terraform, Snowflake, Postgress, Docker, AWS
Working time zone: CET, with at least 4 hours of overlap with the US East Coast time zone.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Our expectations of the ideal candidate:
Proven experience leading a team of developers (code reviews, mentoring, task delegation).
Ability to take ownership of system architecture and make high-level technical decisions.
Track record of guiding teams through all phases of the SDLC – from discovery and design to implementation and deployment.
Experience in driving engineering excellence and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
Working on backend services primarily written in Golang.
Developing features for the web application UI using React and Typescript.
Contributing to various microservices that support different functionalities of the platform, such as data loading, content analysis, search, user personalization, and administration.
Working with AWS infrastructure, including deploying applications as ECS tasks.
Write processing tasks for the ETL module.
Require experience working with Snowflake as a data warehouse.
Require experience writing queries in Snowflake.
