We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join presales team, coordinate presale activities, and thus foster the process of achieving company goal.

What we expect from you:

4+ years of proven experience in managing projects under fixed-price and T&M contracts
proven track record of managing projects in software outsourcing company
proven experience in presale activities
clear, concise, and fluent English: you candifficult management and technical points clearly and fluently in verbal and writing
you care about people and getting things done
willingness to propose, apply, and develop various methodologies and approaches based on the customer business needs
experience in processing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and preparing corresponding deliverables
proven experience working in adaptive or hybrid environments utilizingframework

You will be responsible for:

processing incoming client requests in order to fulfill them
managing one or several requests simultaneously without quality compromise
gathering and coordinating a team of experts to prepare necessary deliverables
clarifying significant project details with the client
facilitating meetings, capturing meeting notes and significant project knowledge, preparing action items for the team
facilitating scope decomposition, estimation process, risk identification and analysis
project duration planning and budgeting, profitability analysis
planning the delivery of the upcoming project picking the most suitable development approach
presenting the project estimate/proposal to the client, working with objections
conducting a knowledge transfer to the delivery team
contributing to the presale knowledge repository
improving presale methodology and process
participating in retrospectives, providing valuable feedback
