Our team is looking for a Manual QA Engineer for one of our clients.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Support ongoing quality assurance efforts across data‑intensive web applications and microservice‑based platforms.
Work within a diverse testing landscape that includes both mature legacy frameworks and modern test architectures.
Maintain and enhance existing test suites, ensuring stability and reliability across multiple UI and API testing frameworks.
Contribute to new automation initiatives, helping design and implement forward‑looking testing strategies.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate complex data flows, user interfaces, and service interactions across multiple environments

Our expectations of the candidate:

4+ years of professional experience as a QA Manual, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
Demonstrated QA expertise, with strong grounding in testing methodologies, defect management, and quality metrics.
Experience designing test scenarios for edge cases, ambiguity, hallucinations, and unexpected model behavior
Experience testing and validating complex applications using devTools on multiple browsers and viewports for web-based and mobile-based users
Test case design and execution (functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing)
Highly proficient in JIRA
Version control (Git, GitHub), branching and PR workflows
CI/CD concept familiarity (GitHub Actions pipelines)
API testing using Postman or curl
Agile/Scrum familiarity (sprint planning, retrospectives)
Docker for local or containerized test execution
Experience with multiple environment management (Alpha/Beta/Prod)
Allure reporting and test artifact analysis
Strong analytical and documentation skills, problem-solving skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-enabled product environments
Experience testing applications that leverage AI-powered capabilities, including validation of AI-generated outputs, recommendations, summaries, search results, or conversational experiences
Ability to assess AI-driven functionality for accuracy, consistency, reliability, usability, and business relevance.

English: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

AI & Modern Product Quality (Preferred)
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI copilots, and AI-assisted workflows
Experience testing AI-powered product features or workflows
Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and user value
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) to improve testing efficiency and productivity
Understanding of prompt design, prompt testing, and AI output validation techniques
Awareness of AI risks such as hallucinations, bias, prompt sensitivity, and inconsistent responses
Preferred (not required) Background Financial or analytics domain experience, including validation of KPIs, CAGR, and model accuracy
Basic SQL for backend validation
Comfort with Excel and PDF-based result verification
