Nowadays *instinctools is developing a new direction of sales on the Eurasian market and therefore we are looking for a Sales Manager, who would be able to quickly dive into new tasks and strengthen our team!
The company already has a strong sales department that works with Western markets.
Key task: active launch and development of sales in the Eurasia region.
This is a high-paid position for someone who has significant results in IT sales, proactive attitude, preferably a technical background and confident experience.
Your responsibilities will be:
- strategy development and independent sales (in the future the formation of the sales team);
- active search and acquisition of new clients;
- preparation, presentation and defence of commercial proposals with the technical team support;
- negotiating with the target audience: partners and large customers as offline as well as online;
- expanding the contacts network and active networking for business development.
Our expectations of the ideal candidate:
- 3+ years sales experience in IT outsourcing and sales of complex technical solutions;
- experience and ability to work with tenders, knowledge of tender sites in the region;
- networking in IT business;
- ability to build long-term relationships with the client.
