Our team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for one of our clients.

Our client is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our client’s proven platform and services.

The project: a high-impact engineering and analytics squad that designs and scales cloud-native solutions powering financial intelligence platforms.

We work with cutting-edge tools to automate infrastructure, manage scalable deployments, and ensure robust performance under heavy data loads.

Our environment encourages autonomy and technical excellence – whether in AWS architecture, container orchestration, or backend services built in Scala and Python.

Join us to help redefine how organizations create value, combining deep analytics, DevOps automation, and scalable architecture to drive impact across Strategy & Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Implement, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and microservice scaling
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting using industry best practices
  • Configure and manage databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka – ensuring reliability, replication, and performance
  • Champion cloud security, cost optimization, and disaster recovery best practices

SRE:

  • Define and improve reliability practices across cloud platforms and services

  • Identify toil and implement automation to reduce manual operational work
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure platforms are reliable, secure, and scalable
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment reliability, system resilience, and operational processes

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

  • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Strong DevOps expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Linux-based containers and infrastructure automation
  • Solid understanding of monitoring and logging frameworks
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and data-intensive backend systems.

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable in Agile, high-paced, collaborative environments

We offer:

  • flexible working time
