Our team is looking for a Senior AI Developer for one of our clients.

The client offers a robust, low-code platform for creating Causal AI apps and Causal Digital Twins. Built on open-source technology, it provides a streamlined solution for causal and knowledge modeling with advanced causal analysis tools, including outlier detection, intervention analysis, and root-cause analysis.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Proficiency in graph databases such as Neo4j, TypeDB, NebulaGraph, and ArangoDB
Experience with managing complex, entity-based relationships critical for GraphRAG
Expertise with knowledge graph frameworks and semantic data modeling
Familiarity with RDF, SPARQL
Hands-on experience with RAG libraries such as LangChain, Haystack, or RAGFlow
Familiarity with LLM frameworks and platforms like OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex, and Azure Cognitive Services
Experience with model orchestration and deployment, particularly for knowledge-augmented applications
Advanced proficiency in Python for building RAG pipelines and integration with ML and NLP frameworks
Familiarity with causal inference tools, such as DoWhy, EconML, or CausalNex

Soft skills:

Highly motivated and result-oriented engineer with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good skills in problem-solving

English: Upper-Intermediate
