*instinctools is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients.

Project – a management tool for pharma clients that allows Medical Affairs to fundamentally transform strategy, insights, resource allocation, field operations, and accountability, ultimately improving care for patients. This solution combines disparate data sources with clinically-informed algorithms to map patient journeys and identify opportunities to improve care.
The product provides a full data processing path: from unstructured big datasets to high-quality interactive visualizations using cloud solutions and elastic computing.

Responsibilities:

Consulting PO while making decisions on issues PO have no time to investigate on or have little experience of.
Analyze the impact and feasibility of change requests.
Understand the overall system and propose technical solutions based on the system capabilities and limitations.
Provide high-level estimations.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, spikes, high-level tasks in JIRA. Ensures they are “ready” for development to start work.
Making decisions on adding minor product features in Product Backlog without PO approval and major one together with PO, only after his confirmation.
Sprint Grooming. Present user stories and acceptance criteria to the dev team during Sprint Grooming. Make sure that the Development Team has the required level of understanding of the items listed in the Product Backlog.
Understand dependencies on product backlog items in the form of technical constraints and business decisions to ensure fluid Sprint Planning sessions and help teams avoid impediments during a Sprint.
Work directly with the team on a daily basis, take part in every daily stand-up. Always available to PO and dev team and support right away in answering any questions about the product.
Risk Management. Collaborate with PO and Tech Lead in Identifying, tracking and managing project risks (Business, Technical).
Product Demo. Prepare step-by-step demo script, identify happy paths (default scenarios featuring no exceptional or error conditions) and known issues.

Level: Senior

Location: Poland

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
Strong system-, analytical-, conceptual thinking skills
Knowledge and application practice of Business Analysis techniques arsenal
Knowledge and application practice of Business Analysis technical toolset
Ability to explain and present things of various complexity to various audience
Effective leadership and proven positive mentoring history
Complete requirements lifecycle maintenance skills
Perfect SDLCs knowledge and application practice
Organization of on-site team presence and requirements workshops
Project management experience is a part of this role
