Our team is looking for a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Focused) for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

About the project: a data-intensive UI for identifying and analyzing assortment opportunities. The product includes complex grids, advanced analytics visualizations, and export capabilities, and is evolving under tight timelines with frequent incremental releases.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Engineering

8+ years in engineering, including experience in technical leadership roles
Strong full-stack development experience with Go and React
Built and shipped production systems at scale
Strong in system design: distributed systems, microservices, high load
Knows databases, messaging queues, cloud infrastructure
Sets architectural standards, owns technical decisions
Experience building high-performing teams through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing

AI / LLM

Practical experience with intensive AI-assisted development, not just familiarity with AI
Ability to work in a spec-to-code format: understand large AI-generated specifications, quickly translate them into code, verify that everything integrates correctly with APIs and existing code
Ability to review and validate AI-generated code, identify bugs, weaknesses, and inconsistencies
Ability to work with existing complex systems and legacy constraints
Ability to deliver at a very high pace and ensure rapid delivery of results
Experience working with AI development tools, including Cursor-level tools and agent-based workflows: generate code using AI, refine and extend AI-generated code manually, integrate changes into the broader codebase, quickly make targeted changes to specific parts of an application
Understanding of architectural and integration complexities
Experience orchestrating AI-human development workflows to accelerate software delivery

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Highly proactive – ability to figure out who to reach out to and how to get things done independently
Stakeholder management – comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, from senior developers to product managers
Curious mindset – challenges existing processes and looks for continuous improvement
Strong communication – able to have project-related conversations with product managers and other team members
Time management – organized and reliable

Responsibilities and tasks:

Lead full-stack development within an existing codebase rather than a greenfield environment
Rapidly translate specifications into working code as part of a spec-to-code process
Use AI tools to accelerate the development of frontend and backend components
Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code before integration
Work within brownfield constraints, integrations, and the complexity of an existing system
Orchestrate AI-assisted workflows and effectively leverage AI agents within the engineering process
Ensure a high pace of delivery
