Our team is looking for a Senior Full Stack (Python + React) developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The project is a proprietary platform enhances interactions with external network service providers, allowing consultants to find and interview industry experts for research. It offers features such as querying vendors, reading transcripts from past calls, expert discovery, scheduling, conducting calls, and browsing current project transcripts. It aims to provide faster, higher quality insights in a secure environment.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Extensive experience with Python for back-end development;
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in building and consuming APIs;
Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable applications;
Proficiency in JavaScript and React for creating dynamic, responsive front-end applications;
Knowledge of modern React features such as hooks, context API, and component-based architecture;
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and building reusable UI components;
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, and performance tuning;
Familiarity with MongoDB for NoSQL use cases, including data modeling, indexing, and optimization;
Experience in database design for both relational and NoSQL databases to support scalable full-stack applications;
Ability to work seamlessly across front-end and back-end components, integrating them for efficient data handling;
Understanding of common architectural patterns for full-stack applications, including microservices and event-driven designs.

English: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities and tasks:

Build and maintain robust back-end services using Python and Go;
Design and optimize APIs to support front-end and data interactions;
Create responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React;
Collaborate with designers to bring UI/UX ideas to life;
Design and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL;
Use MongoDB for NoSQL needs, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval;
Connect front-end and back-end systems for smooth data flow;
Implement secure, scalable solutions across the application.
