Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (C#/ .NET + Angular) for one of our clients.

Location: Poland, EU/Europe, Georgia, Armenia

Working hours: flexible, with overlap with New York time expected

The client is a rapidly growing FinTech company delivering SaaS analytics solutions to institutional investors. It is a long-term product with real complexity and a large codebase, not a short-lived prototype.

The project is dedicated to building and scaling a platform delivering comprehensive tranche, deal, manager, and market analytics. This role focuses primarily on designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, while also contributing to backend services and APIs that support seamless end-to-end functionality.

Besides new features, engineers work on the platform itself: performance, Angular and TypeScript updates, AI integrations, observability and improvement of the existing codebase.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of front-end and back-end engineering expertise, with the ability to translate complex financial workflows into elegant, scalable, and responsive applications.

Project team: ~15 people (data engineers, sales, and related functions). Communication with the client is direct and open. Colleagues are open to helping and sharing knowledge, which matters when you get into a complex financial domain and a large codebase.

Tech stack: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, NoSQL

What you will get hands-on with:

A data-intensive financial platform: large volumes of data, complex tables, dashboards and performance work
A modernization track: Angular and TypeScript updates and improvement of the existing codebase
A backend that is mostly on .NET 8, while some parts of the system still run on .NET Framework
AI integrations, and AI that is already part of the everyday development process: feature work and code review
Research and proofs of concept: there is space to look for more effective solutions on your own

Our expectations of the candidate:

6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within the FinTech or technology space
Proficiency in server-side programming languages and technologies: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL (Python is a plus)
Experience with Angular and TypeScript
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, distributed systems, and modern deployment practices
Experience working in agile development environments, contributing to a collaborative team
Experience supporting data-intensive, client-facing applications (for example, large tables and dashboards where performance matters)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Self-starter who is passionate about technology and takes initiative
Takes ownership of their work and has exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas
Comfortable in strongly collaborative environments
Open to ideas and feedback from both technical experts and business thought-leaders

Spoken English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core application logic supporting a client-facing platform
Help improve scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations with internal and external systems
Write, maintain, and review automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability
Optimize performance and proactively identify technical risks
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to software design discussions, code reviews, and documentation across the team
Support end-to-end delivery of features from design through deployment and post-release monitoring
