Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python+React) for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

Our expectations of the candidate:

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong backend Python with FastAPI in production
Hands-on with the AI/agentic stack: LangGraph (primary), LangChain — designing, extending and debugging multi-step workflows with branching logic
AWS Bedrock / AgentCore, or comparable experience running agents in a managed cloud environment
PostgreSQL — confident SQL, able to inspect and debug the data behind a pipeline
Pandas, working with Excel-based data inputs
Next.js / React — enough to define components and wire agent outputs into the UI
Actively uses modern AI dev tools day to day (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) — the codebase is explored primarily through AI assistants
Ability to design robust APIs and backend services that scale

Nice to have:

MCP / FastMCP
Web scraping and external data ingestion
Containerized deployments (Docker), familiarity with cloud-native and serverless architectures
Infrastructure as code (Terraform), troubleshooting cloud environments

Soft Skills:

Able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
Strong critical thinking and fast ramp-up on a large existing codebase with minimal documentation
Proactive about clarifying requirements
Comfortable with POC-style delivery
Ability to work independently with stakeholders, providing thought leadership on tech stack decisions and architectural trade-offs
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities and tasks:

Develop, test, debug, and maintain application code using Python for Generative AI solutions.
Deploy, configure, and manage applications on AWS, including resource provisioning, infrastructure as code (IaC), and performance and cost optimization.
Design and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using PostgreSQL and/or OpenSearch/ ElasticSearch for storing and querying vectorized data.
Integrate and work with AI platforms and APIs, including OpenAI APIs and AWS Bedrock, to build scalable Generative AI applications and agents.
Evaluate and implement Generative AI frameworks and tools, prioritizing efficient direct API integrations when appropriate.
Research and develop multi-agent AI solutions using frameworks such as AutoGen and similar technologies.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Latin America to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
