Senior Fullstack (Go+React) Developer

Our expectations of the candidate: 

• Strong programming skills in Go (primary backend language for this role)
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for building and maintaining client‑facing features.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and 12‑Factor App principles.
• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git‑based workflows.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean architecture, testing, maintainability.
• Basic hands‑on experience with Python
• English: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch) and cloud‑infrastructure basics.
• Familiarity with Redis and message queues (SQS)
• Frontend performance optimization, responsive UI, and experience with Redux, Zustand, Vite.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of security and authentication standards (OAuth, JWT) and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with Node.js (as an additional plus).

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Go, Python, JavaScript (React), and Postgres, MongoDB.
• Build and deploy microservice-based architectures aligned with 12-Factor App principles, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flows between backend and frontend components. Implement CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, and ensure code quality and consistency through reviews and best practices.
• Support deployment and operations on cloud platforms (AWS), focusing on reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system health, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
