Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack (Golang+React) Developer for one of our clients.

About the project:

You will join a high‑impact engineering and analytics team building internal products that help professionals cut through complexity and make better decisions at scale. The team develops tools designed to perform under heavy usage and evolving requirements, focusing on clarity, speed, and reliability.

The platform combines deep analytics, design thinking, and modern engineering practices to drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and product counterparts to translate complex problems into practical, scalable software solutions.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Strong Golang experience (this is a backend‑focused position).
Proven experience designing and building backend services and APIs at scale.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems fundamentals.
Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with relational databases
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and performance optimization basics.
Production experience with React and TypeScript
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and real‑time communication patterns (e.g., WebSockets).
Experience with micro‑frontends or module federation is a plus.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with observability tooling and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Build and maintain backend‑centric services in a microservices architecture, with Golang as the primary language.
Design and implement scalable APIs and backend components that perform reliably under high load.
Work with data storage systems (SQL and NoSQL) and contribute to efficient data modeling and performance optimization.
Support end‑to‑end delivery: from solution design and implementation to deployment and production readiness.
Contribute directly to frontend development using React and TypeScript as part of a full‑stack role, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components
Apply engineering best practices: clean code, testing, security, observability, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute to CI/CD improvements and (when needed) infrastructure‑related tasks.
