Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack (Python+React) Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The project is a proprietary platform enhances interactions with external network service providers, allowing consultants to find and interview industry experts for research. It offers features such as querying vendors, reading transcripts from past calls, expert discovery, scheduling, conducting calls, and browsing current project transcripts. It aims to provide faster, higher quality insights in a secure environment.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Strong hands‑on development experience with Python (core backend language); experience with one additional backend language from the following is a plus: Java, C#, C/C++, Ruby, JavaScript/Node.js.
Professional experience building web applications using React and TypeScript (approximately 25% of the role).
Experience developing and maintaining RESTful Web Services and integrating with external APIs.
Ability to apply best coding practices, modern design patterns, and evaluate trade‑offs in complex systems.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (DevOps support available; deep expertise not required).
Experience with both relational and non‑relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer) is a plus.
Practical understanding of Agile development methodologies.
English: Upper-Intermediate.
Working time zone: IST, with partial overlap with CET.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Develop and maintain backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Python as the core backend language.
Build and enhance frontend features using React and TypeScript
Deliver full‑stack functionality end‑to‑end, including integration with external APIs and internal services.
Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB when designing, querying, and optimizing application data layers.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver prototypes (2–3 weeks) and production-ready features iteratively.
Apply clean code principles, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and contribute to architectural decision‑making.
Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain clear, effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Work with AWS environments at a foundational level while collaborating with DevOps experts for deeper cloud tasks.
