*instinctools is looking for a Senior/Lead Go Developer for one of our clients.

Our Client is one of the TOP-3 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The work will focus on maintaining and extending the data analytics platform – a set of services and applications designed to help data analysts (but not only) perform their tasks more efficiently. This platform consists of services like file storage service (AWS S3/Azure Blob Storage), scripts execution service (Docker/Kubernetes), tables service (Postgres) etc.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

5+ years of experience as an engineer;
Experience writing well-designed, high quality production code;
Proficiency in Go language;
Solid knowledge of relational databases;
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including extensive refactoring experience;
CI/CD experience (preferably Gitlab CI/Github Actions);
Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, security, and stability of system resources;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with remote team members across time zones.
Experience in e-commerce will be a plus.
Upper-Intermediate English level (or higher);
