Project Our Client, a top-5 global management consulting firm trusted by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, is developing an innovative platform to optimize promotional activities for retail and consumer goods companies. The solution collects and validates retail promotion data, analyzes promotion effectiveness, and supports planning of promotion calendars. It integrates seamlessly with ERP and CRM systems, enhances vendor collaboration, and leverages machine learning to maximize promotional ROI. This tool enables data-driven decisions that drive sales growth, profitability, and stronger vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Define and own the product roadmap for retail promotion optimization
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions
Collaborate closely with retail clients and vendors to gather feedback and validate features
Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive improvements
Ensure alignment of product development with business strategy and client goals
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for usability and value creation
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a distributed and fast-paced environment

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in retail
Proven track record of driving product strategy and execution in SaaS or data-driven platforms
Strong understanding of retail promotions, vendor negotiations, and trade optimization
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience using data to make product decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in distributed teams

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
