Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager (GRC Platform) for one of our clients.

The Project (GRC Platform) This PM will lead the development of a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform that enables the firm to assess risks, manage policies, track control violations, and report compliance to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 

  • Lead development of core Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform capabilities that support the full policy lifecycle and enable enterprise compliance
  • Oversee risk assessment frameworks, linking standards, policies, and legal requirements to specific controls and technical implementation plans
  • Establish and maintain centralized systems for policy discovery and mapping, enabling stakeholders to easily identify applicable governance rules and processes
  • Build tools for real-time compliance monitoring using structured signals and reporting indicators
  • Manage control violation workflows, including logging, tracking, remediation planning, and reporting
  • Develop robust reporting functionality for both internal leadership (e.g. Chief Risk Officer) and external regulators
  • Lead agile product development processes, from ideation through deployment and iteration
  • Ensure integration of compliance and risk data into the broader firm ecosystem (audit, legal, operations)

Our expectations of the ideal candidate: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on GRC platforms or compliance-heavy environments
  • Deep familiarity with policy lifecycle management, internal control frameworks, and audit readiness processes
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts (ETL vs. ELT, APIs, event streaming)
  • Experience designing tools for control effectiveness measurement, violation tracking, and governance reporting
  • Ability to drive alignment across risk, compliance, tech, and legal stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
  • Comfortable leading agile product teams and engaging with business and technical audiences.
