Our team is looking for a Senior React Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

About the project: Frontend module — a data-intensive UI for identifying and analyzing assortment opportunities. The product includes complex grids, advanced analytics visualizations, and export capabilities, and is evolving under tight timelines with frequent incremental releases.

Our expectations of the candidate:

5+ years of production experience with React
Strong experience with Redux + Redux-Saga (or equivalent side-effect management)
Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, similar) in real projects
Solid JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, async patterns)
Experience building and optimizing data-heavy UIs (large tables, virtualization, performance tuning)
Experience working with complex, evolving frontend codebases
Testing mindset (unit tests, component tests)
Webpack / build tooling, Git, CI/CD
Practical experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development (UI generation, refactoring, productivity tooling)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-haves:

Hands-on experience with AG Grid Enterprise, D3 or similar charting libraries
Experience with export features (Excel / CSV / PPTX)
Drag-and-drop implementations (e.g. react-dnd)
Experience with localization (i18n)
Experience working with shared libraries / modular or monorepo setups
Experience reverse-engineering UI logic or generating documentation from existing code
Retail / CPG or analytics-heavy product experience

Soft skills:

Ability to quickly navigate and improve complex UI logic in non-greenfield environments
Strong focus on performance and UX in data-heavy interfaces
Proactive mindset and ownership under tight deadlines
Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams
Openness to adopting and promoting AI-driven development practices

Responsibilities and tasks:

Develop and maintain a data‑intensive
React frontend for analytics use cases
Implement and optimize complex grids, visualizations, and performance for large datasets
Deliver export features and support advanced user workflows
Work within a rapidly evolving codebase under tight release schedules
Collaborate with distributed teams across regions
Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate implementation and refactoring
Ensure code quality through testing practices and CI/CD pipelines
