Our team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-Driven Automation/Infrastructure)

for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the most prominent Tech Startup, recognized in France and abroad for its technical leadership and its open-source contributions. It is also a worldwide leader in the space of software defined storage. Has over 300 customers in more than 30 countries, and they include some of the largest telecom operators and banks in the world, many TV stations, and over 30 hospitals.

About the project: To ensure seamless integration of our products with partner applications, you will be responsible for providing clear configuration guidelines, validating functionality and, where possible, performance, as well as delivering best‑practice recommendations.

Our expectations of the candidate:

Strong full-stack coding skills with ability to build end-to-end solutions.
Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code–level or similar).
Experience building full-stack solutions using AI.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to design and implement automation to improve workflows and efficiency.
Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.
Strong experience with Linux.
Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker in containerized environments.
Experience with performance testing and benchmarking (throughput, latency, IOPS).
Intermediate knowledge of S3/Object Storage and I/O patterns.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

English: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

Experience with NVIDIA stack (CUDA, GPU containers, AIDP).
Experience with GPU workloads and scaling strategies.
Experience with S3 over RDMA.
Experience writing technical documentation (architectures, blueprints).
Experience with hardware/BOM validation (Supermicro, HPE, Lenovo).

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Build automation solutions to improve internal workflows and infrastructure.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and optimize engineering processes.
Translate business and stakeholder needs into working software solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across systems and processes.
Deploy and operate VSS in production environments.
Design and optimize GPU scaling strategies.
Implement and integrate S3 over RDMA.
Integrate Pyramid with VSS and related infrastructure components.
Lead development of AIDP Product Flavors (RAG, KV Cache, VSS).
Develop and maintain reference architectures.
Drive NVIDIA certification testing and compliance.
Validate and optimize BOM for performance and compatibility.
Set up and maintain environments for partners and testing.
Support PoCs, validation, and certification efforts.
