*instinctools is a software development company that provides custom software solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their business requirements.

Our team is looking for a Solution Architect for one of our clients.

Our client is a major European organization operating across 35+ countries, responsible for critical infrastructure and energy market coordination. They are driving digital transformation in the energy sector by adopting open‑source solutions and reducing dependency on proprietary vendors.

The project is a high‑performance, open‑source tool for validating, visualizing, and converting electricity grid models in compliance with EU Network Codes and standards. The solution is desktop‑first with optional Kubernetes deployment, targeting 25‑second validation on standard desktop hardware. The project starts from scratch (greenfield), with a modular, extensible architecture and a plugin system.
